| Description |

On a recent visit to client I saw how they were experimenting with programatically changing definitions in Java code. We noticed that although the Magnolia APIs give access to definitions via the registries and changes made here have an impact, changes are not reflected in the app. The client was using template definitions and I have since confirmed this using endpoint definitions. This may be a corner case but I feel that maybe the app should reflect these changes in order to accurately show the state of the definition at the present time, not the state the definition will revert to after the next restart. |

chris.jennings would it be possible to verify if this is still the case? Otherwise I will probably close it as "inactive". |
