 Description

Problem

Currently it's confusing for the user: when he clicks into a block sometimes he sees a fill, sometimes he sees the border and it's not obvious why it switches between the two different appearances. The two focus modes came from the beginnings of the original article editor but needs revision at this point.

1. Edit focus = blue fill (when clicking in an input field)

2. Move focus = blue border (when clicking outside an input field but within a block or by hitting esc)

Improvement

We want to simplify the interaction pattern.

1. Edit focus
When editing a block it's only the fill no matter where you click within a block. The fill only disappears if you click outside a block or into another block.

2. Move focus
If you want to move a block you hit 'esc' and a blue dotted border additionally appears to the fill. Now the user can move the block up/down while holding 'alt' key and arrows. When he clicks back into the block the border disappears and the block cannot be moved anymore.
