 Description

There are several scenarios where it is necessary to customize the CKeditor, such as enabling right-to-left input or spellchecker.

It should be possible to customize the ckeditor with some form of Light Development compatible approach - such as adding configuration to the block definition.

I don't think this is a duplicate as it is about all CKeditor configuration wheras 171 is specifically about browser-based spell checking.
