 Description   

There's something fishy going on when I use tab to move from the form fields in the article outline to the first content block of the story (see the attached screen recording ):

  • I first seem to focus an empty content block, which actually shouldn't be there, and the page jumps down.
  • I then get the cursor and focus highlight inside the same block.
  • I then get the cursor and focus highlight on the next block, while the empty, first block disappears.

The empty, first block should actually not be there. See "environment" for the snapshot I was using when I discovered this.
