 Description

As a follow on step for the tutorial, explain that users who create a fandabbydosey light module can label it with "magnolia-light-module" and contribute it to npm.js.
The content already available on Topher's How To Open Source a Light Module series of pages on the wiki should be brought into the main documentation.
