 Description

There is already a sample module for the purpose of this how-to guide, see https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/DOCUMENTATION/repos/custom-integration-dummy-module

Prepare a how-to-guide page - or at least a section to be added at the module page.

  1. Explain the concept, that a module making usage of the password-manager-module must store the UUID of the node which stores the encrypted password
  2. Show how to get the plain text value of the password by the given UUID of the pwd-node programmatically in Java
  3. Give some more insights how this all could be done - by quickly explaining the custom-integration-dummy-module
    • Store the UUID as module bean property
    • Use a simple app to select the password and to enter other data which ares stored on the module bean property
    • by using info.magnolia.ui.framework.tools.nodeformtool

I have decided together with Antti to bring this "story" to docs not before 5.6
Reason: I want to wait for the integration of the PR
Add a form tool to create and edit a jcr node by configuration only without further java classes
which want to use in the demo app which is using the password manager with a elect field.

Sample app needs to be updated since MGNLUI-4284 has been integrated into UI.

This would be valuable, especially since the demo repository exists already. But I think it can be done with a minimum of effort and documentation. Just a few additional paragraphs on

https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS61/Passwords+app

or rather probably on the more technical module page:
