We may change the text how to set-up JIRA Account. I just proposed a text, which we have to review with Jan and Samuel. http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/support.html old < 2. Send us your username. We will then give you the proper credentials to be able to access the support system. new > 1. Send us your username. If the account is related to a support contract please add the support contract number or at least the name of organization of the licensee related to the support contract. Magnolia consultants working for a Magnolia Certified Partner register under the umbrella of the partner, but still might note the name of the organization of the licensee related to the support contract they are currently working on. |
