Some of the doc pages (still)claim that our default cache implementation - EhCache - is not persistent if Magnolia is shut down. That's not true (anymore). Since we are using EhCache 3 - see https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS57/Ehcache+3+module - released with Magnolia 5.5.4, ehCache is again persistent without the need of the EhCache enterprise license. Fix / adapt the following docs:
