Given that there is a specific rule to disable crop function when user agent is Internet Explorer I think that it would be good to add the corresponding alert in the docs for IE users. https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS57/Editing+images Found thanks to SUPPORT-8650 |

Hi jayala, thanks for entering a doc ticket. I've updated: https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS57/Editing+images
Should I specify IE11 or is the issue wider ranging? |

Feedback from Jonathan integrated. Ported change about crop function not possible in IE11 to 6.0, skipped porting the bug warning as it's in pre-integration QA already. |

After a talk we saw that despite being available for IE earlier than 11 crop is not working properly. Additionally according to the certified stack:
Therefore there is no need to specify it for earlier versions of IE. |
