| Description |
|
This could be sen as a follow-up of DOCU-1777 and it is related to MGNLUI-4901. In order to keep the scope of DOCU-1777 - I have created a new one. Please also read the description of MGNLUI-4901 to understand why we should provide such gallery. The SVG icons to show on the gallery can be found on git, see [https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/INTERNAL/repos/magnolia-icons/browse/src/main/resources/VAADIN/appicons The gallery can be added to the page https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS60/How+to+add+SVG+icons+for+apps or to a distinct subpage.
Embedding SVG to Confluence is not straightforward. |

A 1st version of the gallery is prepared; it will go to dev.magnolia-cms.com , if sys-ops accept the PR linked to this ticket. The gallery can be generated dynamically via python script; however, the script must be run locally, and the files must be added to dev.magnolia-cms.com as PR on the git project https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/INTERNAL/repos/dev-website |

Embedding the page https://dev.magnolia-cms.com/svg-app-icons-gallery/ to Confluence is a bit more tricky than expected. Hence I will just provide the link to the gallery page on the docu page. |

Since DOCU-1777 is reviewed and closed, I close this one too. The "difficult" part now will be to keep the gallery up-to-date. That README on git provide a "recipe" how to update. |
