 Description

For documentation:
We are now logging warning for overflow event in DirectoryWatcher. This happens when system maximum user watches is exceeded and cause lost of some events. This lost events (aka updating yaml file) is not processed.
On windows system, buffer size in WindowsWatchService implementation is hardcoded and cannot be configured.
For linux/unix based systems see https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/13751/kernel-inotify-watch-limit-reached

https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS62/Virtual+URI+mapping updated with an info box about overflow events. An entry for the same issue created at https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS62/Known+issues. Reviewed by Evzen.

All changes backported to DOCS61 & DOCS57 (no warnings for such events exist in Magnolia 5.6).
