From time to time I find troubles trying to know the status of some modules. To me sometimes, the way that we use to show the customers the status of the modules is a little bit heterogenous and inconsistent. We have this page: Deprecations that is quite up-to-date, but the modules in that page didn't reflect the status itself. For example: There are many modules that have been deprecated because of the new Connector Packs, it can be here in this page, but if you go directly to the module page you don't really see this information, except for External DAM app module. should this information be added also in other versions in Maintenance mode (5.6, 5.7., 6.1.)?? Something that is not clear to me is that, for instance, Google Analytics Visualization module is in maintenance mode since 6.1 release, you can see this information on Google Analytics Visualization module page in Magnolia 6.1 and in Magnolia 6.2, should it be included also in the rest of the versions (5.7, 5.6)? or just in the versions after the deprecation announcement? Another example is Google Sitemap module, that already reached its EOL, but in some versions of Magnolia it can be seen as still no reached but that will be deprecated soon, see: https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS57/Google+Sitemap+module I think that it would be also worthy to review the statuses in Deprecations page, because it seems that there are modules that are in Deprecated status for more than 2 years, when theorically this status usually lasts 1 year. Thanks. |

ldelnevo, slutz - I'll take on this improvement ticket when I get a chance (thank you for the very valid suggestion miruela) and clean up the docs, but is there any chance one of you would consider producing the same overview as this for 6.2?
