Use the new Permissions list tool to validate that the ACL examples article is correct and complete. The tool makes it much easier to figure out what permissions to workspaces a given role grants. For example, I queried permissions for user eric and added the Store workspace to Workflow and inbox access as it was missing. Check others too. |

I have checked the permissions listed on all the Security pages against the tool. What you see in the dialog and in the tool differs. I added the note below to the Security > Permission list page, but I'm not sure that the reason for the difference is correct. Note that the tool adds effectual URL permissions. For example permission to the Website space is granted in the demo-project-editor role in the dialog as follows:
