The required alt attribute of the img tag specifies an alternate text for an image, if the image cannot be displayed. While there is no single point of entry offered by STK, there is always a way how an user can set a custom value. This is usually done via a certain dialog field/s. Please find attached the whole list of pages/components templates which renders an image and a chain how the alt value is being set for each, so where the user can inject the value.
