People could use jira, so that requests don't get lost, unlike mails. |

I second that - do not use e,ail, we are already overwhelmed and jira is much better suited for these kinds of things |

Yes, true, but documentation is usually not a 'help' or a 'support' forum. And I expect that customers do not want their documentation related communication to be public. Similar as support at magnolia dot info. |

IIRC you can set the privacy level for each reported issue directly in jira, so if you do not want to make info public, just state so when you file the issue... |
