Besides the JAAS documentation listed on this page: http://documentation.magnolia.info/docs/en/administrator/deployment/websphere.html, I also needed to add this to WebSphere 6.1.0.11 to get the 3.5 SNAPSHOT of Magnolia to work. Under 'Application Servers' -> then your app server -> 'Web Container Settings -> 'Web Container' -> 'Custom Properties' and then add - name: com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.invokefilterscompatibility |

Antti, I didn't need to do that with WAS_6.1.0.35&mgnl_4.4.1 (although I had to fix plenty of issues to be able to get running WAS and then mgnl but it was related to our environment, other services we run, WAS administration and things like this, but it's not something mgnl-specific so I think we can close this ticket). |
