| Description |
|
Website browser is meant for normal(editors,publisher,...) users, but on other hand there is websiteJCR browser which is meant for more technical user. In website browser only pages are visible, but in websiteJCR browser whole structure of website repository is visible. When publishing from website browser then whole page(with all areas, components) has to be published. But from the websiteJCR browser only selected node will be published. For example if we select page node then only this node and its properties will be activated. Areas and components are not activated. |

Add a new section "Activating" in JCR Browser documentation. Explain that the JCR Browser is different from the Pages app regarding activation (publish). Activating a page in the Pages app activates all its subnodes (areas, components etc). Activating a page in the JCR Browser activates only the page node, not its children. See linked issue. |
