Using mgnl CLI is mentioned in several places across the documentation. When there are updates/changes to the CLI and its dedicated page, we should update/change these mentions too This task aims to inventory where we recommend using CLI/instruct users to use CLI and suggesting a strategy to eliminate redundancy and ensure we keep everything up-to-date.
