To avoid the error log from https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/ECOMMERCE-345, they should config "Open Commerce API Settings" correctly for client-id in their SF Commerce server for allowing to access resource. the main issue come from their SF Commerce server. They haven't config enough permission to access to their SF commerce resource. Below are 2 images that are mandatory config for SHOP API and DATA API to allow to access resource. After they config their client_id to allow to access specific resources, it will work again. For more detail, "Client_id" is the property that they used to config credential in our yaml (ex: 703e2790-a839-4a70-af47-2f2ef4208840) Snippets and screenshots from Oanh attached. |

I would document the necessary permissions as part of the setup / configuration procedure rather then as an afterthought to an error in the log. |
