When there is any issue submitting translation Batch, System is marking it's status as 'Deleted'.
Expected: Adapter should display notification in 'Pulse' for the failure of this Batch. Also record proper reason for this failure in log file. |

Now Batch will stuck at Processing status until issue gets resolved, one it is good to submit, it will change to Submitted. |
