 Description

Steps to reproduce

  1.  Forbid access to default region: s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com
  2.  Open External DAM S3

Expected results

it works, or if it doesn't work, it should be able to be configurable in a way.

Actual results

it doesn't work and it is not configurable.

Workaround

Allow access to s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com (but it is not always possible since as per GDPR it is not allowed any cloud connection beyond EU)

Development notes

Here is where it is implemented: https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/ADDON/repos/external-dams/browse/magnolia-externa[…]/magnolia/external/dam/s3/service/AmazonS3GatewayImpl.java

I would be nice to make it configurable.
