Steps to reproduce
Expected resultsit works, or if it doesn't work, it should be able to be configurable in a way. Actual resultsit doesn't work and it is not configurable. WorkaroundAllow access to s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com (but it is not always possible since as per GDPR it is not allowed any cloud connection beyond EU) Development notesHere is where it is implemented: https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/ADDON/repos/external-dams/browse/magnolia-externa[]…/magnolia/external/dam/s3/service/AmazonS3GatewayImpl.java I would be nice to make it configurable as far as some customer have Security policies (Service Control Policies) due to security reasons. The organization "Deny access to AWS based on the requested AWS Region" which is a common use case. |
