An authenticator app (in my case, Authy) can display an icon for each account it holds details for. The attached screenshot shows that the QR codes we generate currently are not easily associated with Magnolia and appear to be a very scaled down web form. For ease of use, we should allow administrators to associate an icon with the QR codes we generate and provide a suitable Magnolia default. |

This may, actually, be a proprietary extension of the apps used, and not something embedded inside the QR code. |
