 Description

This might concern the S3 app out of the box or with a SwitchEngines configuration only. Problem: Deleting an arbitrary (sub)folder in the S3 App wipes out all bucket content.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open S3 app connected to SwitchEngines
  2. Create folder or browse to existing folder
  3. Add file to folder
  4. Delete folder
  5. The bucket is empty and all content is gone

Reproducible on test environment.

Note: doesn't happen when deleting files, just folder.

Fixed in S3 extension.

Hi Andrew,

Is there a new release with the fix available somewhere?

Best regards,
Thomas

Hello Thomas,

I put a new build of the hybrid assets webapp containing the fix for this and the other resolved issues up on the EC2 instances.

I could make an intermediate release of the S3 extension if you want to test it.

Regards,

AW

Hi Andrew,

Sorry for the late reply. If you could do an immediate release for testing, that would be great.

Best regards,
Thomas

v1.2.10 of the S3 extension has been released and is available in Nexus.
