 Description

the slave page is unlinked from its master page, and when doing a push master content changes, although it's correct that it doesn't copy the data of the components of the master page on the slave components, if we have previously modified the order of the components in the page slave, when pushing, orders the slave components with the same order as the master page.

class PropagateMasterContentChangesHelper method updateReferencedSites

Components are now not ordered when updates from master are disabled.

Hi @jalonso,

I just did a proof of concept and the error still occurs. I show you the use case step by step:

1. Create page in master with 4 identical components whose description are numerical (1,2,3,4) to identify each of them.
2. Create a live copy.
3. Modify the order of the components in the slave page by dragging them in the edition of this one.
4. Select the slave page and disable updates from the master.
5. Click on the action "Send master changes".
6. Verify that the order of the components has been modified on the slave page.

Regards, Manuel

I followed your steps but I cannot reproduce it, the slave components are not reordered when disable updates from master is active.. Notice this change has not been released yet. BTW, I guess you refer to Push master changes.

We are reproducing the error with the 3.2.7 release of liveCopy and the point 5, sorry for the error, it is indeed the action "Push Master content changes".

Good! As you can see in Fix version, this is fixed in 3.2.8, so you will have to wait until it is available
