 Description

Steps:

  1. Open the Log Levels tab
  2. Specify OFF or any non-null value in the filter dropdown
  3. Try to go back to an empty value

This minor UX issue has been been brought in by the recent Vaadin 7.6 update: https://dev.vaadin.com/ticket/19787. apchelintcev's suggestion would be:

  1. to apply the fix to our Vaadin as a patch
  2. if 7.7 is released before we release 5.5 (which doesn't seem likely), update to 7.7 and remove the patch

Vaadin 7.7 is out!

True, thanks for the reminder, I just created MGNLUI-4000.

Closing, as

  • not reproducible in 5.4.x, as Vaadin has not been updated to 7.6 there
  • to be fixed in 5.5 by MGNLUI-4000
