 Description

Here are a few pointers as to how to achieve accessible popups : http://alistapart.com/articles/popuplinks
Basically, the href attribute should be left intact (with a plain url), and the onclick event should take care of opening the window (onclick="popup(this); return false")

Actually, solving this would be an elegant way to solve MAGNOLIA-807

There is a patch that enables accessible popups:

Ouch: the patch works - but contrary to what it seems to say, it completely breaks existing links.
