| Description |

Using only a Red/Green/Amber ball to indicate publishing status is an accessibility problem, as nearly 10% of men are afflicted with some color blindness, most commonly an inablitiy to distinguish red from green. (See http://webdesign.about.com/od/accessibility/a/aa062804.htm for information.) Using different shapes or some sort of textual representation would make this part of the system more usable for these folks. |

Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on issues with a higher impact, and more votes. |
