 Description

mailto-links set through the "Link" dialog are saved properly at first. Then they are lost when saving changes to the same paragraph later. Or rather, it changes the link to point to the current html document (which means that it just reloads the page when you klick on it). If there is a paragraph with several e-mail addresses and the need arises to change something in this paragraph (even if it is in the title, for example), this becomes a major bug, as it is not possible to ask the user to re-enter all the mailto-links.

This was fixed in Magnolia 3.0-RC4. See MAGNOLIA-1112

Bug is not related to FckEditor, but to the link dialog

The buggy behavior remains the same in RC4 (tar.gz bundled with tomcat).

The same problem also exists for links of link type "URL" with protocol "other" (which we use for anchors, because the anchors link type doesn't work...).

(Sorry that I have missed MAGNOLIA-1112 earlier and created this one instead.)

Hmm, I'll need to check this then.
would be great if you could provide a complete scenario to reproduce this from a clean install. Or did you upgrade from rc3?

Correction to my earlier comment: The buggy behavior hast bin FIXED IN RC4 (tar.gz bundled with tomcat).

I am very sorry about my wrong test results, I must have made a mess with the different version on my computer.
