In certain places information of the request is needed: encoding, context, uri,... In that case we should not use the WebContext.getRequest() because this contradicts the concept of contextes. All this values can be exposes as normal cotext attributes.

instead of doing this through reflection, like initially implemented in 3.1-m1, we will simply only allow a couple of fixed attribute names (characterEncoding and requestUri to start with)
