 Description

It would be nice to be able to schedule activation to happen automatically on time sensitive content. When dealing with clients in different timezones, at times the content managers need to activate content at late hours or off-business hours. I'd rather have the content prepped and ready to go during business hours and have the system activate it at a set specific time.

I suggest to implement this via the workflow engine that should be part of release 2.1 Activation will simply start a workflow; an agent (automatic participant) would take over activation. We could have one specific agent that considers time constraints when publishing.

OpenWFE integration as magnolia workflow module allows timed activation
