In 3.1m3 and 3.0.5 extracting the .tld files from /META-INF inside the tag library jar and placing them into a path where they could be made available to other JEE apps (like ColdFusion) worked perfectly. Now I try to call <cms:contentNodeIterator> from within one of my custom templates that worked in 3.1m3 and I get this error: The tag handler contentNodeIterator does not have a setter for the attribute contentNode specified in the Tag Library Descriptor. I opened up the .tld file and sure enough there are attributes in the tag descriptor that aren't defined or set in the ContentNodeIterator class. Mysteriously .jsp templates that came with 3.5 samples module are working fine. Any insight? |

Were you actually using the contentNode attribute, or is just your appserver being picky ? |

I wasn't using it, my app server just refused to execute the tag because the descriptor didn't match the class structure. |
