Since this is used to process README.txt etc
(we should also have a more human friend <name> tag / capitalized version of artifact id without dashes could do)

Having an empty <description></description> is sometines necessary to avoid inheriting the description from the parent.

Fixed the most important (license for all, description/url for dms and workflow) ones for CE-rc2. Will fix the rest along with nicening the names for the next release.
(as a side note we could then use ${project.name} in the modules' descriptors)

Commands to quickly check if properties are set:
find . -name pom.xml -exec grep -L jira.magnolia.info {} \;
find . -name pom.xml -exec grep -L documentationURL {} \;
find . -name pom.xml -exec grep -L "<description>" {} \;
