 Description

If an uncached file is downloaded and download is interrupted for any reason the cached file is not complete.

ie: if I download a (so far uncached) large pdf of 4mb and click on cancel in the download manager at 2mb the cached file has only a size of 2mb and naturally all subsequential downloads will receive an incomplete/corrupted file.

to be tested/verified against 3.6

Not a problem for new cache impl in 3.6.
Current (3.6-m3) behaviour is to cancel and remove partially cached file so the file will be stored in cache only once at least one client successfully downloads whole file.

Won't fix for 3.5.9 - unless someone needs this, has a patch and can't update to 3.6 yet
