The way to reproduce the bug:
The problem comes from MIMEMapping.getMIMETypeIcon() because the path given in parameter is the old path and not the new one. The activation will failed after but it's completely normal. Cheers, |

Can't reproduce this with 3.6.1 - after renaming a document (actually its URL, changing the filename has no effect), the icon I get is the "envelope" icon. |

We're closing this issue as outdated as it was reported for 4.4.x or earlier versions which are no longer supported. Don't hesitate to reopen or create a new ticket in case this is still relevant and you'll experience it on 4.5.x or later versions. |
