 Description

MAGNOLIA-1902 mandated the flushing. CommitFilter is still an option for 3.6, but what I'm having in mind is simply letting the RenderingFilter do its flush, but the CachingResponseWrapper will ignore it - assuming that the CacheFilter will call flushBuffer() on the actual response.

Will look at this again, but I should have noted why this is (was) a problem.

if you ever find out why this should be an issue, reopen and fill in details.
