Kupu claims to be full xhtml compliant editor, but in the Magnolia 2.0 implementation produces unclosed break tag (<br> instead of <br/>) which is invalid for any flavour of XHTML. |

this makes it impossible to parse richedit text with xml parsers to do any intelligent stuff for output (e.g. link replacement) |

unclosed <br> tag are added by magnolia, not kupu. I will try converting everything to valid xhtml |
