 Description

When you edit the content (for example) of a page which is defined
using the sampleTwoColumn, and you move a paragraph item around,

the status (back in the Admin "website tree") as defined by the coloured icon
stays green and does not change to yellow.

It seems that a move of content (and not changing the content at all) does
not affect it's "updated" status.
