 Description

If one logs in with a use set to english, modify his own language to Chinese, the menu is correctly updated to chinese. Now if this user logs out and logs in again, the first time the menu is displayed, it is in english! A refresh switches it back to chinese.

I don't think this could be a cache issue, since the same for french works nicely (i.e user gets the menu in french directly after logging in)

This is probably related/similar to MAGNOLIA-2736.

This was exactly the same issue as MAGNOLIA-2736, except the user's locale was being set in the login() of UserContext in this case.
