 Description

Syntax highlighting works properly but the following anomalies were observed:

  • only first line of code is saved, following lines are lost.
  • on first line, white spaces to separate words get deleted. On following lines this does not happen.
  • when hitting enter key an unwanted white space is added at the beginning of the new line.

Given those issues, codepress support has been momentarily disabled for safari and chrome (fall back to plain textarea).

found out that when hitting the enter key, a new <pre> element, instead of <br>, is added to the DOM which is making the saving of new contents fail.
