If you attempt to move a paragraph downwards, the bar attaches to the mouse pointer and the bar of the paragraph below actually highlights, when you move over it. The move, however, does not take place. You may move paragraphs up, though. This actually is a duplicate of http://jira.magnolia.info/browse/MAGNOLIA-111, but is now reported against 2.01. Why was 111 resolved as a "won't fix"? |

If its a duplicate, you might have wanted to reopen the bug. It works as designed, because a paragraph is always copied above the paragraph you move it to, so a) the GUI is correct, b) the result is correct, although it makes no sense to do so as the result is the same as before. Thats why it was resolved to won't fix. I mean it even states: "move paragraph above the one selected" when you perform the action. May I close this as "won't fix"? |

Boris, I'm not sure how to reopen a bug. I thought I wasn't allowed to since I'm a reporter only. I haven't checked the help files, I'll do that next time. OK. I didn't notice the "above", sorry. Something is wrong with my setup. I don't have the paragraph attached to the mouse pointer any more. Sometimes it's in the upper left corner, sometimes it's not showing up at all. I'll have to verify that. Why would I now be allowed to move a paragraph below another one? If I e.g. have 10 paragraphs and would like the first one to become the last, I'll have to essentially move all paragraph up one after another. |

You'd move the paragraph above the last paragraph and then move the last paragraph above the just moved paragraph. Could be a less clicker, though. |

Michael, ... aehm..., yes. It's actually a no-brainer. Guess I'm a little bit tired :-/ |
