When you setup a clustered jackrabbit repository, you normally have to manually set a different cluster id for each instance, either in the repository xml config or using the system property org.apache.jackrabbit.core.cluster.node_id (see http://wiki.apache.org/jackrabbit/Clustering ). It would be nice for users to be able to configure the cluster id directly in magnolia.properties and to have it passed to jackrabbit as a org.apache.jackrabbit.core.cluster.node_id system property during repository initialization in ProviderImpl. |

available in 4.3. You can now set a "magnolia.clusterid" property in magnolia.properties to set the jackrabbit cluster id. The value of the cluster id is also logged during repository initialization. |
