There's no reason to print full stacktrace in the log file in case of checking for existence of item with not valid path. The fact that path is not valid is enough to assert that item doesn't exists.

I always agree to avoid cluttering logs with "safe" exception.
But honestly I have to admit that this exception "saved" me a couple of times, showing the wrong/unescaped/problematic path in the log.
