Consider the following hierarchy:

layoutComponent
layoutArea
iframeComponent
In edit mode you can click as far as getting the edit bar displayed for layoutComponent, but you can not display the edit bar for the iframeComponent, as this requires that Magnolia intercepts a click in this area. As it is an iframe, clicks are not intercepted. It would be preferrable that clicking the edit bar for layoutComponent would open the edit bars for layoutArea, instead of requiring a click on one of its contained components. |
