 Description

Scroll bar is not releasing its focus after a drag event.

This issue can be reproduced on demo author here: http://demoauthor.magnolia-cms.com/demo-features/content-structure/base-area.html. Just slide the slider at the bottom of the page. After releasing the mouse button, the slider will still follow movement of the mouse.

This is only a problem in author. Public appears to be fine.

This seems to be a bug in webkit itself which was only recently fixed and probably not propagated to latest versions of all browsers yet
