reopening as mycila-guice-all's dependency to groovy cause build failure on main: we should not use the all but just the bare minimum and make sure no unwanted dependencies are exposed

For some reason, Mycila-guice depends on org.sonatype.sisu:sisu-guice which as far as I can tell if a fork of Guice, using the same package/classes, but indeed a different group/artifactId. As a result, we have 2 (probably) different copies of Guice on our classpath with no way of telling which is which.
