When accessing an url of the form: http://.....ch?a=1&b=2 and the user is not logged in, after logging in the query string is gone.

When the user was logged in, the query string is not stripped.

Our workaround:

  <filter>
    <display-name>Magnolia global filters</display-name>
    <filter-name>magnoliaFilterChain</filter-name>
    <filter-class>ch.visana.magnolia.filters.MgnlMainFilter</filter-class>
  </filter>
