 Description

Proper regex should be created depending on the system. For instance path seperators may change depending on the system e.g. '/' may be '\' in some systems. We should handle these situation while we are creating regexes for filtering paths so that they may apply. Essentially, This ticket MAGNOLIA-6153 solved some problem in FileResourceOrigin however, we should be applying the same fix to the ExclusionsFilter.
