 Description

Partial bootstrapping of non-module resources has been deprecated with Magnolia 5.4.4 and MAGNOLIA-6683 (see info.magnolia.module.delta.PartialBootstrapTask). The suggested replacement info.magnolia.module.delta.BootstrapSingleModuleResource only allows partial bootstrapping of module resource (resources that reside in /mgnl-bootstrap/<module-name>/*). As those resources will automatically be bootstrapped on clean install, placing bootstrap files in this folder might no be feasible (e.g. bootstrap file only used to migrate older versions).

To allow partial boostrapping from other folders we should add partial boostrapping functionality to info.magnolia.module.delta.BootstrapSingleResource.
