While working on SRE-394 I stumbled upon main's log4j2.xml, which isn't used in Magnolia webapps, because the empty webapp's log4j2.xml has precedence over it. It is therefore a bad practice to ship this file in our JARs, the only thing this could possibly be leading to is confusion as to which file is being actually picked up in the end. |
